PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays and ships out the next day. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

If your return is accepted, you have to contact us to send you the return address for you to mail items. If it’s an issue of damage,wrong size or color, then we will issue a returning label and bear the cost for returns.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
